Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from VhAddiction Bazaar Private Limited through this website.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging intact

Returns requested for reasons such as size mismatch, color variation due to screen differences, or change of mind are not eligible.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or refund, customers must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share order details along with clear images or videos of the issue

Once the request is approved, further instructions will be provided.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, as per customer-provided details.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Products without manufacturing defects
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance or discounted products (unless defective)

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from VhAddiction Bazaar Private Limited.
  • In approved cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the company.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Company Rights

VhAddiction Bazaar Private Limited reserves the right to:

  • Reject any return or refund request that does not meet the above criteria
  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under Indian jurisdiction.
